Maintenance / service Visit

We’d normally recommend an alarm is serviced every 2 years. If you haven’t had your alarm maintained for a while, book one of our engineers to visit your property to give it a full check.

Maintenance visits normally take 30 to 45 minutes.

System upgrade

It’s generally quite easy and cost-effective to upgrade old alarm systems - meaning you could have a brand new smart alarm - without a huge bill.

If you’re technically competent and happy to change your alarm battery yourself, then you can buy a replacement alarm battery direct from our online shop.

Call out - engineer visit

Book an engineer to visit your property to fix your alarm / CCTV problem. Good for fixing more complex faults and system re-programming.
