Maintenance / service Visit
We’d normally recommend an alarm is serviced every 2 years. If you haven’t had your alarm maintained for a while, book one of our engineers to visit your property to give it a full check.
Maintenance visits normally take 30 to 45 minutes.
System upgrade
It’s generally quite easy and cost-effective to upgrade old alarm systems - meaning you could have a brand new smart alarm - without a huge bill.
System upgrades depend on specific requirements.

Buy a Battery
If you’re technically competent and happy to change your alarm battery yourself, then you can buy a replacement alarm battery direct from our online shop.
Changing your alarm battery yourself is most cost-effective.
Call out - engineer visit
Book an engineer to visit your property to fix your alarm / CCTV problem. Good for fixing more complex faults and system re-programming.
Basic faults normally fixed with a 30 minute visit.
Battery Change - engineer visit
Alarm batteries need changing every 4 years otherwise it can affect your whole system. Book an engineer to change your battery for you.

If you have an existing alarm system, it’s normally very easy to add ‘alarm monitoring’ to it - giving you increased protection and reassurance someone is protecting you 24/7.
